My MFA capstone project revolved around the Nonprofit-Industrial Complex and its influence over organizations. Close to 40 nonprofit professionals responded to a survey related to passion exploitation and experiences with burnout. The paper was supplemented by a mini guide for mindful leadership. I presented my research at the annual MFA Arts Leadership Summary Project Presentations at Seattle University.
