ZTERS Site Services | Resource Center

ZTERS, a nationwide temporary site services provider, wanted to build a resource center to house guides, tools, and other helpful materials for users.

I spearheaded this project—working cross-departmentally with project managers, front-end and back-end web developers, graphic designers, and other marketing professionals to ensure that the resource center aligned with the ZTERS brand, could be scaled as more resources are created, and provided a useful and accessible user experience.

I identified main categories for resources, compiled existing content, and created new content (such as downloadable guides and infographics) to populate the sections. I also got the sales staff involved by requesting original submissions of their own downloadable content like word searches, coloring pages, and crossword puzzles.

I coordinated with a graphic designer to create images to serve as a thumbnail for each resource.

I designed a mockup in Figma using primarily existing components in ZTERS design system and connected with developers to discuss functionality.

I worked closely with the ZTERS project manager to monitor project progress, delegate tasks, and centralize communication.

Since going live, the resource center has been viewed by over 2,300 users.
